Fitness Training

The fitness world is growing very rapidly and we enjoy being a part of this specialty needed market. Our goal is to help as many as we can with nutritional and supplemental plans to be on the road to a healthier lifestyle. We also offer free customized supplement plans geared for each individual. With a good work out, a personalized supplement plan, and with our partnership with Elite Gamespeed, we are sure to get you on the track to a happier and healthier lifestyle in order to have a better mind and body. We offer infrared sauna therapy treatments for $1/min or $50/hour. We offer personalized training with Vanessa Vergnetti Thomas with Premeir Training.
